I trust this email finds you well and in good spirits.
I am writing to provide you with the eagerly awaited details of tomorrow’s Finals Day for our Tennis Club. This event has always been a highlight of our calendar and we hope that you are as excited as we are about the day that is coming up.
See below for details of the schedule for the day. Please take note of the times, matches, and other important details included therein. As you can see the seeding this year has been spot on, thanks to the seeding committee for doing such a good job. We have endeavoured to structure the day to ensure a smooth flow of matches, maximise enjoyment for all participants, and provide a great showcase of the club's talent.
Do remember to arrive ahead of your scheduled match to have ample time for warm-up and familiarisation with the match conditions. If you are a spectator, please feel free to join us at any time during the day to support our players.
The bar will be open and the BBQ available throughout the day and, as is tradition, we will conclude each match with a small awards ceremony to honour our finalists and winners.
