IMPORTANT: Rules for Returning to TENNIS - 24th March
Welcome back from Monday 29th March - we have missed you!
As I am sure you are aware, we can once again play tennis with effect from Monday 29th March.
Coaching, floodlights and the ball machine will be available and squash members are again invited to use the tennis courts.
However, in order to meet Government / LTA and our own requirements, various restrictions, which I have to set out, remain:
Courts must be booked before play - ‘turn up and play’ remains unacceptable.
If use of the ball machine is required, booking of a court should only be made on the day of play and not further in advance.
(Payment of your subscription will be required in order to use the booking system. If, for any reason, payment has been delayed please speak to Janet.)
The Clubhouse will be open but only for access to the flood light controls, toilets and first aid and other equipment.
A mask must be worn at all times in the Clubhouse.
The bar, kitchen and changing facilities remain closed.
Guests cannot be invited to play.
Social distancing must be maintained and there must be no socialising either before or after play.
Access to courts 4 to 9 should be via the gates from the car park and members should not pass one another on the footpath from the car park to the Clubhouse.
All members must sanitise hands before and after play and disposable gloves should be worn if opening gates, dragging courts, or adjusting net winders.
Spectating is not allowed and parent / guardian supervision permitted is restricted to one per child.
And if, for whatever reason, you do not feel well, do not play.
We look forward to playing once again.
