Rules
1. Courts may be booked using the online booking system.
2. All matches should be the best of 3 sets with a tie break in each set. If being played under floodlights, the limited time means that a championship tie-break to 10 points should be played for the final set. This should be agreed before the match starts.
3. Players should provide new balls for every match. All rounds of matches must be played by the dates specified.
4. All players must be available on finals day otherwise they have to forfeit the match on match point at semi final stage.
5. All matches should be played between 8am & 930pm to avoid disturbing the neighbours sleeping habits.
6. If a player in a doubles team pulls out, a replacement is possible as long as the pair have not yet played a match, and as long as the replacement is of no better a standard than the injured player. This will be decided by the Tournament Committee if there are any doubts.
7. Any issues arising during the Tournament should be addressed to the Tournament Committee and the decision of the Committee will be final.
8. All players' contact details can be found in the members list on the club website.
Have a great tournament, enjoy the atmosphere and learn something from every match!!
