Cameron Norrie wins Indian Wells, classed as the 5th Major! What an achievement and up to number 16 in the world. Not quite the same drama and publicity as Raducanu! Well that's weird!
Raducanu loses in 1st match after US Open. No surprises there. Going to be fascinating seeing her career develop. Will the 13 years of training all be for 1 big tournament win or is she the real deal and a potential record breaker???
Andy Murray beats Tiafoe in Antwerp 7-6, 6-7, 7-6 in 3 hours 45 minutes... Can the doubters please hush up please!

With weather conditions becoming more inconsistent over the next few months why not try some indoor racquetball. I can totally recommend it. Good calorie burn and good fun. mentally challenging, but with the right temperament, very satisfying. After getting through quite a few rackets, understanding that they break when they smash against the walls and patience is a virtue, you can overcome your demons!
Don't forget to check out the glitzy monitor in the foyer... This is a great place for club info, results etc...

Coaching Tip of the Week
Remember the temperatures are changing and so it is even more important that you warm up properly before playing. Better a little warm up than a few weeks of no play... There is an argument between static & dynamic stretching... But maybe a bit of both is good...
Best excuses I have come across for not warming up....
- I ran from the car to the courts...
- I've been doing PE at school all afternoon...
- I had to run for the bus carrying all my shopping bags...
- It's not that cold...
- I burnt my leg with my hair straighteners...
