Raducanu fever still on-going and even the royals jumping on the positive pr bandwagon! Be interesting to see who her new coach will be and her progress. Extremely high expectations... But she seems to be handling all pressures. Hopefully on court too!

Thought of the Week
Coaching Tip of the Week
Think about how balanced you feel when you hit your shots.... Prepare early and get a good base to hit the ball... Is your contact in front enough? Not if you can't feel your weight going forwards..... Contact point is the key to good weight transfer...
Cocktail of the Week
Frustration of the Week
Listening to my parents have a slightly heated discussion about long journey and being stuck in a 2 hour traffic jam because my dad needed to stop at motorway services for a wee wee break and when they came back to the motorway there had been a pile up! Lesson... Carry an empty bottle or wear a pad!
Hope you all have a good week and say helloooooo when you are at the club...
Keep being nice & friendly...
